We have used Pest Detective for several things over the last 8 years – moisture ants, wasps, mice, etc. Every technician we have had has been great, and taken the time to talk the issue and solution through with me. And importantly, the treatments have worked. This last issue, bedbugs in our hotel room, was remarkable as the owner talked to me on the phone and really helped out in a panicked situation! He ID’d the pest (which thankfully was not bed bugs) and told us about treatment, all at no cost and on a Sunday!! I’m sure many others would have blown me off or not taken the time to help. We had a mouse incident in our basement suite, and when I called, they were able to come very quickly, and were really professional and friendly. They did the follow-up in 2 weeks, and the problem has been completely eradicated. I couldn’t be happier with the result, (because yuck) and the terrific service and the recommendations to prevent a recurrence. Would definitely use them again, but hope I never have to.
