And importantly, the treatments have worked. This last issue, bedbugs in our hotel room, was remarkable as the owner talked to me on the phone and really helped out in a panicked situation! He ID’d the pest (which thankfully was not bed bugs) and told us about treatment, all at no cost and on a Sunday!! I’m sure many others would have blown me off or not taken the time to help. We had a mouse incident in our basement suite, and when I called, they were able to come very quickly, and were really professional and friendly. They did the follow-up in 2 weeks, and the problem has been completely eradicated. I couldn’t be happier with the result, (because yuck) and the terrific service and the recommendations to prevent a recurrence. Would definitely use them again, but hope I never have to.
