We have been Pest Detective customers for 16 years. We were first introduced to their services when we renovated our home and found carpenter ant nests in the walls. While the walls were exposed, Chris and staff did a treatment of the entire house, inside and out and took care of the problem. We learned about their annual maintenance program and continued that until about 3 years ago. Then, I guess we got busy and forgot about the annual treatments, which was a mistake because in that time, the critters were back seeking a way to once again establish their old stomping grounds. Last year after observing more activity than usual, we called Pest Detective and resumed the annual maintenance program. Our storage room had to be treated for ants nesting in the walls.
